ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. I bring a strong educational and business background to the agency, holding both an MBA and a bachelors degree in Math. Im married with two children and had a unique upbringing (attending 12 different schools across five countries before graduating high school), which helped shape my adaptability, communication skills, and appreciation for different perspectives and cultures.

I stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring youth baseball leagues, supporting womens empowerment initiatives, and participating in the local Chamber of Commerce. Building strong community relationships is an important part of our agency culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Waleed Zayid - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
