Cabinet Builder

Location: Whitestown, IN

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-4:30PM, with occasional Saturdays

Job Summary


We're looking for experienced Cabinet Builders / Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Whitestown, IN . In this role, you'll build and assemble commercial cabinets, fixtures, and furniture from pre-cut materials using hand and pneumatic tools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with woodworking, carpentry, or light manufacturing backgrounds who enjoy hands-on, detailed work.


Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and construct wood and laminate components following blueprints and drawings.
  
  
• Operate hand tools and pneumatic equipment such as drills, routers, and saws.
  
  
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to ensure quality and consistency.
  
  
• Label, stage, and move finished parts for the next phase in production.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  
  
• Follow production instructions and meet quality standards with minimal waste.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and assembling materials.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
  
  
• Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred.
  
  
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs (more with assistance).
  
  
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
  
  
• Able to read and understand written instructions in English.
