Field Service Technician - Entry Level

MasterTech is on the search for entry-level Industrial Technicians based near an International Airport, requiring extensive travel to customer locations. Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational. Detail-oriented FieldService Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation. Key Qualifications: Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred. Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring. Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies. Ability to conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, repairs and provide recommendations. Maintain up-to-date training while providing remote support. Excellent customer service skills and communication.
