We have immediate openings for 2 Experienced Cooks for first shift schedules. These positions pay $17.69/hour and are temp-to-hire opportunities, offering the potential for long-term employment with a respected food service operation.

This is a hands-on culinary role where you'll prepare a wide variety of menu items, support large-scale meal production, and help provide an exceptional dining experience for students, faculty, and campus visitors. Typical Daily Duties:

• Prepare, season, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts
• Operate kitchen equipment, follow recipes, and assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting, peeling, and mixing ingredients
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations while following all client and regulatory food safety procedures
• Read menus, estimate food requirements, and maintain production records to support accurate meal planning and inventory control
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory of food products and kitchen supplies while ensuring proper storage procedures
• Assist with training, mentoring, and directing other kitchen staff as needed
