About this Role The role of the Supervisor I is to manage the Department's Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Unit and oversee a group of professional staff. The incumbent also assists with program planning, design, implementation, evaluation, and enforcement of complex department-wide activities as mandated by federal and state laws, implementing regulations, executive orders, rules, policies, and procedures. The incumbent personally handles the most complex and sensitive assignments. The incumbent will oversee OCR staff acting as liaisons for the Disability Advisory Committee, Harassment Prevention Training, and OCR contract management.
