Description of the role: Welcome to WoodSpring Suites Cleveland! We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, TN. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Process guest payments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive compensation of $13.00 - $14.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
