Fleet Maintenance Specialist

Fleet Equipment Maintenance AssistantAssist Fleet/Heavy Equipment Mechanics with basic maintenance related tasks, including pressure washing fleet trucks and heavy equipment – ensuring all machines are washed and presented to a high standard.Responsibilities:Drive to jobsites and pressure wash/clean inside and outside of machineryAbility to follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Inspect equipment for any damage or malfunctions and report any issues to appropriate personnel.Keep log of machines washed, and completion of appropriate paperworkAbility to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and move around for extended periods of time.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Experience operating pressure washing equipment and knowledge of different nozzle types for various surfaces, equipment, and vehicles.Must be at least 21 years of ageAbility to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift 50 lbsAble to work independently or as an active member of the teamAbility to work in various weather and climate conditions which could include inclement weather, heat, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphaltAbility to easily and effectively comprehend, speak, and write in the English languageMechanical/automative experience preferredReliable transportationMust have valid drivers license and a clean driving history with no serious violations(within the last 3 years)Benefits:Our employees and their well-being are important to us.
