What You’ll Do Keep Your Eyes on the Action: Monitor advanced surveillance systems throughout the property and spot what others might miss. Think Fast, Act Smart: Identify suspicious activity, recognize potential risks, and communicate concerns promptly. Follow the Evidence: Review video footage, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for leadership and outside agencies when needed. An interest in security, investigations, surveillance, or loss prevention. A high school diploma or GED. A willingness to learn casino games, procedures, and surveillance technology. Experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or investigations is a plus—but a strong attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
