Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking  reliable Production Workers to assemble ventilation products using hand tools and power tools in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, steady handson production skills, and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble AC vents according to production specifications and quality standards

• Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, align, and secure components

• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy, defects, and proper fit

• Follow work orders, diagrams, and verbal instructions

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with all safety procedures

• Assist with material handling, staging parts, and preparing completed units for packaging

• Report any equipment issues or production delays to supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to safely operate hand tools, drills, screwdrivers, and other power tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a teamoriented environment

6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

COMPENSATION: $15

**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 10 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
