This role focuses on managing inbound funding requests, coordinating with IT and procurement teams, and ensuring accurate documentation to support timely approvals.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across IT and Procurement organizations.Review and manage inbound funding requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.Manage multiple requests and project activities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and procurement personnel to gather requirements and necessary documentation.Track project progress, monitor milestones, and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.Facilitate communication between functional areas to maintain alignment with project objectives.Provide status updates and follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues.Maintain compliance with organizational processes and standards.Contribute to the successful execution of IT and procurement initiatives through effective coordination and communication.Required QualificationsExperience in IT procurement or a related environment.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple small projects or requests simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to track details, follow established processes, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience managing inbound funding requests and documentation.Experience working within a hybrid remote environment.Familiarity with organizational standards and compliance procedures.About Delphi-US Delphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
