Provide regular insights and recommendations to Aviation Department leadership regarding student demand trends, operational constraints, instructional capacity, and future resource needs. Track, analyze, and interpret program‑level performance indicators, including enrollment growth, retention, persistence, time‑to‑completion, FAA milestone progression, and attrition.
