1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Friday overtime may be available.

Job Description

IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for Adams Thermal Systems in Canton, SD. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with production equipment and assembling components.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Assemble components and finished products
• Perform changeovers and basic equipment adjustments
• Inspect products for quality
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Complete production logs and documentation
• Perform basic preventative maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should be dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working with machinery, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English effectively enough to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
