What You'll Do:Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menusEnsure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standardsFollow dietary modifications and special meal requirementsRecord production quantities and food safety temperaturesStock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulationsMaintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areasComplete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reportsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelinesSupport dishwashing and dining service as neededLead food production in the absence of the Dining Services CoordinatorYou help create an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring safety and compliance.Pay Range: 19.65 - 24.65Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
