Our Client is seeking a CPA-qualified Fund Controller to lead accounting and reporting for their flagship tech-focused funds and co-investment vehicles. What You’ll Do: Own the financial operations, reporting, and compliance for complex PE fund structures. Drive capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations. Partner with deal teams on new vehicle launches and valuations. Implement tech-driven process improvements for speed and accuracy. What You Bring: CPA required with 8-10 years of accounting experience (3+ in PE fund accounting). Deep knowledge of US GAAP, co-investment structures, and partnership accounting.
