Monthly Commission Opportunities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions through effective listening and product knowledge.

Present and sell insurance policies to prospective clients, explaining coverage, options, and benefits clearly.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to better serve clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and client satisfaction.

P&C License preferred, willing to provide licensing assistance

Sales experience preferred

Proven track record in successful insurance sales.

Deep understanding of various insurance products and market trends.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to managing a sales pipeline.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
