What You'll Do

• Provide on-site and shop-based tire service for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks.
• Location: Bergey's Commercial Tire, Hatfield PA
• Pay: $20 to $25 / hour based on experience
• $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus based on qualifications
• Mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing commercial truck tires
• Performing roadside and customer yard service calls (after-hours rotation required)
• Operating a commercial service truck
• Safely lifting vehicles using hydraulic jacks and air tools
• Inspecting tires and determining repairability
• Completing work orders and service documentation
• Performing daily maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Following all safety procedures and using required PPE
• Maintaining professional, customer-focused service
• Supporting additional shop and service needs as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Willingness to earn TIA Certification (we provide training)
• Must be 21 years old
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
