Housekeeping Supervisor

This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will lead housekeeping staff with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team during weekend shifts. Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel cleanliness standards. Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to achieve optimal performance. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and submit reports as required by management. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work weekends is mandatory. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
