We're known for keeping operations moving efficiently and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team!The Role We are seeking a Field Pipe Installer/Crew Member to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ as well as supporting our various branches. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. Supportive, performance-driven team culture.Comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision (eligible after 30 days).401(k) with company match.Paid holidays and PTO.Company-paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance.Ongoing training and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment.Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.What You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Forklift certified is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification.Basic mechanical aptitude.Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.Team player with a safety-first mindset.Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred.A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus!Ready to Apply?
