Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home HealthAlways Best Care Senior Services Home Health | Medicare-Certified | ACHC AccreditedAlways Best Care Senior Services is a well-established provider in the community for over 10 years, now expanding our services to include Medicare-certified home health care. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health therapy team. This position will begin as Per Diem, with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time as patient census grows.Pay Range: $45 – $55 per hour (Per Diem), depending on location and days worked.Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy treatments per PT-established plan of careAssist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional independenceGuide patients through therapeutic exercise programsAssist with gait training and use of assistive devicesApply therapeutic modalities within scope of practiceObserve, document, and report patient response to treatmentEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programsMaintain accurate Medicare-compliant documentationCollaborate with PTs and interdisciplinary team membersQualifications:Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programActive PTA license in California (good standing)Minimum of 2 years PTA experience requiredHome health experience requiredCPR certificationReliable transportationPreferred experience: Medicare-certified home health experienceWellSky EMR experience or familiarityBenefits & Growth:Per Diem role with strong opportunity to transition to Full-Time.
