Quality Inspector - Steel Pole Manufacturing

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our steel pole production team. You will conduct in-site inspections of steel pole manufacturing, ensuring all products meet rigorous quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-site inspections throughout steel pole production processes
Conduct welding inspections and quality verification
Document inspection findings and maintain detailed records
Identify defects and non-conformances
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications

Required Qualifications

AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)certification
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)certification
Extensive shop fabrication experience
Strong knowledge of steel pole manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Transmission pole production experience
Additional NDE certifications (UT, RT, PT, etc.)
Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
Familiarity with inspection equipment and tools
