Production Coater - Swing Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 02:00pm to 02:30am )
- Work within a team to efficiently and accurately process screen-printed and coated materials for decorative lay-up and continuous laminator operations.
- Mix and color-match inks, resins, and coatings according to customer requirements and production specifications.
- Operate coating and screen-printing equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Perform cleaning and setup of equipment between scheduled production runs while following all required PPE and safety procedures.
- May assist with other production tasks, including cutting raw materials to specification.
Production Coater - Swing Shift Qualifications:
- Strong job longevity and a proven history of previous manufacturing experience.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work daily and weekly overtime as needed.
- Comfortable being fitted for and wearing a respirator as required for the position.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
