Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred or real-world know-how that gets the job done. Assembly or manufacturing experience is required (1 year). Can lift (up to) 25 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind. Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.

Job Duties: Follow all process SOPs and training to ensure proper machine operation and product quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all company rules and safety procedures. Monitor product quality throughout the process and report any abnormalities to the team leader. Record production data, complete shift handovers, and communicate machine and material status. Strive to meet production goals for efficiency and quality, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
