Packaging Operator

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Turtle Lake, WI
Pay Range: $19
Shift: 6pm - 6am rotating shift
What's the Job?
- Operate equipment to produce a safe, quality product, including forklift operation and repetitive lifting tasks
- Perform testing and checks for Critical Control Points (CCPs) accurately
- Cross-train and operate multiple processes within the production line
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, personal hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Document production activities clearly and collect product samples in a sterile manner
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in a food plant or manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependability and reliability in work attendance
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, and bending
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
