- Bridge revolutionary vision with market reality: Take breakthrough ideas and ensure they achieve massive market acceptance
- Interface deeply with customers: Constantly engage with users, venues, and partners to validate and refine our approach
- Lead the troops: Ensure alignment with CEO and business team and oversee rapid execution of product iterations with the engineering team, uncanny skill to communicate and get everyone on board with a clear vision
- Lead systematic iteration: Run rapid experimentation cycles to find product-market fit

- Own real impact: Drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction across all product areas with meaningful results
- Have 2-4 years of product management experience and are hungry to prove what you can do
- Are obsessed with customer research and bridging the gap between vision and market
- Have very good taste in product and extremely savvy with AI tools to prototype
- Can rapidly iterate and experiment to find what actually works in the real world
- Deep technical acumen and ability to collaborate with both business team and engineers to adequate estimate, schedule, and align interests
- Want to be in constant contact with customers and deeply understand their needs

- Base: $100K-$120K
- Total Comp: $140K-$170K with performance bonuses tied to market acceptance
- Equity: Significant ownership
