Control expenditures and approve purchases and vendor services. Conduct market analysis and supervise leasing activities. Manage on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Provide resident services and respond to complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain property standards and oversee maintenance and improvements. Requirements Education Associate degree or equivalent experience required Bachelor's Degree preferred CPM designation helpful Experience Three to five years of apartment industry and supervisory experience. Tax credit experience preferred. Skills & Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines. Reliable transportation for travel between properties. Knowledge of local and federal laws, bookkeeping, maintenance, and marketing strategies.
