Summary Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor and supporting daily store operations. The role focuses on building customer relationships, driving sales, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and styling recommendations. Drive individual sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up. Process transactions accurately and handle returns and exchanges. Maintain merchandise presentation, restock, and ensure an organized sales floor. Support inventory tasks and loss prevention procedures as directed. Requirements 2+ years of retail or customer service experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
