Diana Barnes - State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team in Huntsville, TX. For nearly 40 years, Diana Barnes has helped individuals, families, and businesses throughout Huntsville, and the surrounding communities protect what matters most.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provider service support to existing policyholders.
- Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other State Farm policies.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while helping grow a successful local agency.
What We're Looking For...
Required
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain after hire
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented sales environment
- Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
Preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience
