Please note: This is a PRN position that will work full-time hours but is not benefit eligible.

Position Details:

Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid) Status: PRN (scheduled for full-time hours, non-benefit eligible) Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter):

• Responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional, and clinical positions for assigned departments.
• Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions.
• Participates as part of the team to provide quality staffing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

• Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional recruiting experience OR proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment.
• 8 years of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED is also acceptable.
