Personal Care Aide (PCA) Forest City Personal Care Home | Forest City, PA Forest City Personal Care Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of our residents. The facility is willing to train the right candidates , including training opportunities to become Medication Technicians (Med Techs) . Shift Available Part-Time Any shift where needed Weekend availability required Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with nail care and other routine personal care tasks. Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following required training and facility procedures. Assist residents during mealtimes and help ensure nutritional needs are met. Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents. Observe and report changes in resident condition to appropriate staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to provide quality resident care. Qualifications 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required. Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required . Facility is willing to train the right candidates. Willingness to train as a Medication Technician (Med Tech) . Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care. Reliable and dependable. Willingness to work any shift where needed .
