The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse restaurant and bar operations while elevating service, team performance, and guest satisfaction. Duties Include: Driving daily operations across multiple dining venues to deliver exceptional service, memorable guest experiences, and operational excellence Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members while fostering a culture built on engagement, accountability, and hospitality Identifying opportunities to enhance service standards, improve efficiencies, and elevate overall guest satisfaction Ensuring dining, bar, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards through proactive oversight and coordination Partnering with culinary and resort leadership teams to achieve financial goals through strategic planning, revenue growth, and expense management Perks: Cell phone stipend complimentary dry cleaning onsite parking career development Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa- Avon, CO Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Start Date: ASAP Pay Range: $67,000 - $70,000 / year,plus annual bonus potential Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Posting Closes 7/30/2026 or when filled The ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They are at least 21 years of age and have at least four years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry, including a minimum of two years in a management role. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential.
