Terminal Manager

Penn Tank Lines is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead operations at one of our terminals. This role is responsible for overall terminal performance, including financial results, safety and compliance, service execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings experience in operations management, employee leadership, and driving business results in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Direct terminal operations, including cost control, service performance, and overall resultsAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends and implement improvements Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirementsMaintain accountability for service levels and customer commitments Oversee fleet utilization and address performance gaps Develop and implement transportation strategies aligned with profitability and service objectives Manage customer relationships and ensure consistent service execution Lead hiring, training, and performance management of terminal staff and drivers in accordance with company policies
