Job Title

Job Description

Perform clinical laboratory/examinations per request by medical staff for diagnostic purposes.

Set up instruments and equipment to assure adequate temperature, humidity, volume, etc.

Perform specimen collection using techniques such as venipuncture and/or capillary puncture on all age groups.

Instruct clinical personnel in preservation and transport of specimens.

Perform clerical duties such as faxing, patient check-in, answering phones, and troubleshooting orders.
