The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering counseling, intervention, and behavioral support, working closely with students, families, and educational staff. Your experience will help ensure students receive the social-emotional services necessary for academic and personal growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• LMFT or LCSW with direct ERMHS/ERICS experience in a school setting (highest priority)
• Alternatively, credentialed or licensed school psychologist with ERMHS/ERICS experience in a school setting
• Strongly prefer candidates with hands-on IEP experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new routines and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and provide individual or group counseling to students
• Collaborate with educators and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
• Develop, maintain, and review documentation, including ERMHS/ERICS service logs and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing mental health expertise and supporting individualized student plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Promote student well-being and engagement through proactive mental health strategies
