Our shop is incredibly fast-paced, highly organized, and packed with steady, year-round volume. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, high-efficiency Powersports Service Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven shop. If you are a self-motivated professional who takes pride in beating the clock while maintaining a low comeback rate, our flat-rate compensation structure will unlock your true earning potential. You will work on a wide variety of units, from next-gen electric dirt bikes (Stark) to rugged utility side-by-sides (CFMOTO and Arctic Cat). Key Responsibilities
High-Efficiency Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair ATVs, Side-by-Sides, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles accurately and efficiently.
Beat the Clock: Maximize daily flat-rate billed hours while maintaining strict adherence to OEM quality standards.
OEM Assembly & Setup: Execute rapid, thorough unboxing, assembly, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) for new inventory.
Accurate Documentation: Provide clear, precise notes on repair orders regarding diagnosed issues, parts needed, and completed labor steps.
Quality Check: Keep a sharp eye on detail to ensure jobs are done right the first time, maintaining an excellent shop reputation and low comeback rate.
Shop Cleanliness: Maintain an organized, efficient personal bay to minimize downtime and maximize wrenching hours. Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional mechanical experience in the powersports, marine, or automotive industry.
Flat-Rate Mindset: Proven track record of working efficiently under a flat-rate or production-based pay structure.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of internal combustion engines, complex electrical systems, fuel injection, suspension, and emerging electric vehicle (EV) powertrains.
Tools: Must possess a complete, professional inventory of personal mechanical tools.
Certifications: Current OEM certifications for Arctic Cat, Beta, or CFMOTO are highly preferred but not required. Benefits & Perks
