What You’ll Do Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs Properly connect equipment and verify system performance Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship You’re the expert in the home — and we treat you like one. What You Bring 2–5 years of Lead Residential HVAC installation experience (Required) EPA Certification HVAC degree or equivalent training Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license A professional attitude and pride in your work If you’re the installer other techs look up to, you’ll thrive here.
