Mark Adkins State Farm is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and families find coverage that fits their needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify life insurance needs.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up consistently.
• Educate customers on life insurance options and available coverage.
• Recommend appropriate products based on each customer's needs and goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships through consultative, needs-based sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and generate new business.
• Meet established sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide professional customer service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Life & Health insurance license required.
• Previous insurance or life insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, discussing coverage, and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up.
• Passionate about helping customers make informed decisions about protecting their families.

• Our office is open 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1984.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
