What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technicianMay require a Journeyman's License in some statesMay require state specific licensesEPA certification and a valid driver's licenseStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret schematics and work plansBasic comfort with mobile apps and technologyA strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to qualityWillingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when neededPhysical RequirementsThis is a physically active role. You should be able to:Safely work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limitsLift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbsBend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasksMaintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activityStand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the dayUse vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuouslyOperate work-related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computersTravel to customer sites as neededOccasionally work in an office environmentFollow all applicable safety proceduresReasonable accommodations may be provided under the ADA for qualified individuals if essential job functions can still be safely performed
