Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage in a hospital setting
• Case mix includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo (per Order notes)
• Patients per day noted as 50 to 60 cases per day (per Order notes)
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Required Qualifications

• Board certification: CRNA
• Active Arizona license required to present
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS
• Recent hospital experience required

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing timeframe 30 days
• Cerner training is mandatory and remote, approximately 4 hours the week prior to start
