Sr Laborer-Excavating

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist an excavating crew with grading a site to specifications. This position typically completes tasks of higher scope or complexity when compared to the Laborer. Additionally, this position functions with more autonomy and may act in a lead other laborers in the completion of tasks. The Senior Excavating Laborer works closely with equipment operators, foremen, and crew members to maintain productivity and quality on the job site.ESSENTIONAL JOB DUTIES:Lead, advise or coordinate activities of other crew membersInstall, set up and calibrate lasers and other elevation equipmentInterpret cut sheets and apply grades to stakesOperate equipment such as Loader or Roller on a limited basisOur CultureIn business for over 60 years, C.J.
