This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity neonatal environment , providing comprehensive care including delivery room coverage, admissions, and ongoing patient management through discharge . The provider will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while utilizing Epic EMR to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. This is a 13-week assignment with strong extension potential , making it an excellent opportunity for continuity and stability. Responsibilities Perform neonatal admissions and daily patient management Provide care in a Level IV NICU setting Handle delivery room coverage and neonatal resuscitation Manage cases through discharge planning Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Participate in clinical decision-making and patient care coordination Certifications Relevant Neonatal Certifications (as applicable) ⏰ Working Hours Shift: Day Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM Position Type: Part-Time Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (High chance of extension) Skills Neonatal Critical Care Delivery Room Management Neonatal Resuscitation NICU Case Management Patient Stabilization EMR Documentation (Epic) EMR Epic Location New York, New York Requirements Requirements Active New York State License – Required Minimum 2 years of recent Level IV NICU experience – Required Experience with delivery room coverage & neonatal critical care – Required COVID-19 Vaccination – Required Flu Vaccination – Required Strong proficiency in Epic EMR – Preferred
