Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health | Maternal & Child / OB Experience Preferred Location: Savannah Position Type: Per Diem Company: BrightStar Care Savannah About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team in Savannah, Georgia. This position provides in-home nursing care focused on maternal, newborn, infant, and pediatric patients. Candidates with experience in Maternal & Child Health , Obstetrics (OB) , postpartum care, women’s health, or pediatrics are highly preferred. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision Perform maternal and infant assessments and monitor patient progress Support postpartum recovery and newborn care education Administer medications and treatments as ordered Educate patients and families on infant wellness, feeding, safety, and recovery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams Follow all Georgia home health regulations and agency standards Qualifications Active Georgia LPN license required Experience in OB, Maternal & Child, postpartum, NICU, pediatrics, or women’s health preferred Home health experience is a plus Current CPR/BLS certification and recent TB test result Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required #J-18808-Ljbffr
