We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join a reputable and growing surgical services team in La Grange, North Carolina . This full-time, permanent position offers flexible multiple shift options , a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced surgeons, nurses, and specialists.

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality perioperative care across a variety of surgical procedures.

  Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments in advance of surgical procedures

\n
• \n

  Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to all sterile technique protocols

\n
• \n

  Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures

\n
• \n

  Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment with accuracy and efficiency

\n
• \n

  Anticipate needs of the surgical team and adjust to changing situations quickly

\n
• \n

  Perform instrument counts, room turnover, and post-operative equipment care

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with RNs, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care

\n

\n
• \n

  Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required)

\n
• \n

  CST certification preferred; eligibility to obtain considered

\n
• \n

  Previous surgical experience preferred but not required for strong new grads

\n

\n
• \n

  Full-time, permanent role

\n
• \n
