Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Greenwich Township, NJType: Contract To HireCompensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Model: Onsite – onsiteHours: 7AM-4PMAvailability: ASAPSecurity Clearance: N/AResponsibilitiesPerform basic repairs on doors, windows, trim, minor electrical, and plumbing components.Work with modular buildings powered by 120/208V single phase with 60A-150A breakers.Basic carpentry tasks and assembling items such as furniture.Follow all safety regulations and participate actively in safety culture.Maintain accurate documentation through Triumph's Work Order System for unit make-ready, material requests, and related applications.Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.Use hand and power tools comfortably; forklift experience is a plus.Requirements1+ years of experience relevant to maintenance and repair tasks.Ability to work scheduled hours with some flexibility due to site requirements.Strong mechanical aptitude and basic carpentry skills.Commitment to safety and compliance standards.Experience operating company vehicles and familiarity with hand & power tools.Travel up to 30% may be required.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
