Job Description Family Physician (Full Time ) Location: PHN Sheakleyville Health Center: 3339 Perry Hwy. Sheakleyville, PA 16151 (Mercer County) This position will require some traveling to our Sandy Lake office located at: 3205 S. Main St. Sandy Lake, PA 16145 We are seeking a full-time Family Physician to provide full range of outpatient comprehensive medical care for our site located in Mercer County, PA. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current PA License; and Current DEA License. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records. Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision. Practice Information Primary Health Network (PHN) in Mercer County, PA is a Federally Qualified Health Center that is TJC accredited. Hours The general office hours for this position are (40 hours) between: Monday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Tuesday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm NO WEEKENDS!
