Location: Centennial, CO Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate, timely specimen collection and fostering trust during every interaction. Your expertise directly supports diagnostic accuracy and high-quality patient care. What You'll Do • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established practices and procedures • Verify patient demographic information and specimen labeling, obtaining patient confirmation post-collection • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality of patient information • Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment What We're Looking For • A current, up-to-date resume • High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections • Two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred • Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision in a fast-paced setting • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable • Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You • Competitive hourly pay • Consistent weekday schedule • Hands-on role supporting patient care and diagnostic services • Opportunity to work in a professional healthcare environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: • Medical and Prescription Drug Plans • Dental Plan • Supplemental Life Insurance • Short Term Disability Insurance • 401(k)
