Step into a Day on Our Floor
You arrive, pull up the prints, and map out each bend. Tooling is selected, the backgauge is dialed in, and you program the press brake to bring flat sheet into precise form. You verify the first piece with a tape measure and calipers, adjust as needed, and keep production humming. Along the way, you collaborate on design nuances and apply rock-solid shop math to hold tight tolerances.
About the RoleExpress Employment is adding 4–5 experienced Press Brake professionals to a busy shop environment in the Fort Collins/Loveland area. This role calls for a strong understanding of design intent and broad sheet metal/fabrication proficiency.
Core Responsibilities- Program and operate a press brake to form parts to specification
- Interpret blueprints/prints and translate them into accurate setups
- Measure and validate parts using a tape measure and calipers
- Select tooling and understand sheet metal types and gauges
- Apply shop math to calculate bend allowances and verify dimensions
- Hands-on experience programming and running press brakes
- Strong print/blueprint reading capability
- Comfort using measurement gauges, including tape measures and calipers
- Familiarity with a variety of sheet metals and gauges
- Solid math skills and general fabrication know-how

- Pay: $20–$25 per hour DOE
- Location: Fort Collins/Loveland area
