Job Description We are seeking an experienced Waste and Recycling Route Manager to oversee daily collection operations, optimize route efficiency, and lead a team of drivers across the Pacific Northwest. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, service excellence, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily waste and recycling collection routes
- Lead, coach, and support drivers and route supervisors
- Monitor route productivity, service levels, and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Analyze route data and implement efficiency improvements
- Coordinate fleet utilization and maintenance schedules
- Resolve customer service issues and operational challenges
- Support budgeting, staffing, and operational planning
- 3+ years' experience in waste management, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong route optimization and operational planning skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with routing, dispatch, and fleet management systems
