Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Mission Viejo, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures. Located at a general acute care hospital, this role involves providing specialized nursing care for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations in a fast-paced environment. The position requires working days with a commitment to meet the unit's staffing needs, including working weekends and major holidays. Job Details: Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/20/2026 and ending on 01/19/2027. Required Qualifications: Valid state license, at least 1 year of experience in cardiac catheterization or related procedures, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, right heart catheterization, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, and familiarity with Epic charting system. Additional Information: Candidates must be open to working weekends, major holidays, and floating to other comparable units if needed. Response to specific scheduling requests and adherence to facility policies regarding RTO and float requirements are essential. Documentation of previous work at a Providence facility and two references covering one year within the last three years are required during compliance. Travel Requirements: At least 1 year of travel or related experience preferred. Must hold or obtain a valid compact state license prior to submission. Candidates must be willing to work at only one Providence facility at a time.
