POSITION SUMMARY Coordinates and supervises an interdisciplinary team of staff to assure the continuity of high‑quality care to hospice patients assigned to the team's area in accordance with physician prescribed plan of care, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Requires college degree; strongly prefer a Registered Nurse/BSN 2+ years of hospice experience and supervisory experience required. Experience in a Charge Nurse role will be considered to meet supervisory requirement. Knowledgeable of hospice regulations Proficient skill using a computer is required; Microsoft office suite experience required.
