- Operate cherry picker and reach truck forklifts throughout the shift
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners
- Retrieve products from elevated warehouse racking
- Build, stage, and wrap pallets for shipment
- Load and unload trailers as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean work area
- Minimum 6 months of recent cherry picker or reach truck forklift experience
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- Ability to read, count, and accurately complete warehouse tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb on/off equipment for up to 10 hours
- Strong attention to detail and productivity
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Clean, climate-controlled distribution center
- Fast-paced warehouse operation
- Frequent equipment operation throughout the shift
- Regular walking, reaching, and lifting required
- Productivity and accuracy standards must be maintained
- Overtime required based on customer demand and workload
